Shipping policy

We use NZ Post Couriers for New Zealand and Canada and an express courier service for other overseas deliveries. Canadian orders are sent via tracked economy postal services as standard with an option to upgrade to an express courier available at checkout.

Orders are picked and processed the same day, Monday - Friday. Physical addresses are preferable to PO Box addresses.

You will be provided with your order's track and trace information as soon as your order has been processed. Please keep an eye on your inbox and if you use Gmail, check your spam or promotions folder.

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Orders valued above your countries customs threshold may be subject to tariffs, import duties and taxes, which are levied by your countries border control at the time the order arrives in your country. We advise you to check the most current threshold with the appropriate government agency. All applicable tariffs, duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.

If you choose not to pay tariffs, taxes and duties owed, any costs incurred by us to retrieve the parcel from overseas customs, will be deducted from any refund owed plus an administration fee of NZ$25. If a payment request from customs or ourselves has not been responded to within 10 days, the parcel will be retrieved back to our warehouse and costs deducted from any refund owed.
