How do we manage to deliver so quickly?

We  get many compliments about the work we do. If you ever get really bored, take a look at our 1* reviews (yes we have a handful). Okay, perhaps the lovely people that have left them have hit the wrong star amount perhaps, but they still make great reading.

One of the common comments we get is around our speed of service so I thought I'd chat briefly about our philosophy. Since I personally don't think you should ever have to wait to hand over payment in any business, (Supermarkets I'm looking at you in particular), then it should also be the same to receive whatever you have just paid for, as quickly as humanly possible. So with that in mind, we have a "Jump to it" rule. When an order pings its arrival and the courier hasn't yet picked the days parcels up, whoever can at that moment, prints the label, wraps the order and puts it in the courier box pronto. It's really that simple!

Add to that automated delivery tracking and customised templates for us to work with, everyone knows where things are at. Having NZ Post as our delivery partner ensures everything is delivered quickly, often overnight to main centres. It's important to us that you receive what you've purchased speedily so you can enjoy it and tell your friends. It's exciting receiving something in the post for yourself!
