PERKS POINTS

Every purchase you make earns 1 point per $1 spent. You can then turn your points into discount vouchers when you have accumulated 150 or more.

Every time you spend a dollar you earn a point, simple.

Once you have spent $500 (in a rolling calendar year) you are automatically upgraded to become a Premium Member and then earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent going forward. You will also receive a tier reward of 300 points.

If you go on to spend $1000 (in a rolling calendar year) you become a VIP Member and get 2 points for every dollar spent from that point. You will also receive a tier reward of 600 points.

Points are accrued for each NZ$ spent. If you spend in another currency, it will be converted to NZ$ then points awarded.

No matter what currency you shop in, your currency will be converted and points will be awarded for New Zealand dollars. For example, NZ$1 equals 1 point. You can check your points balance at any time.

To qualify for a Christmas gift you need to be a VIP on December 10th. That gives us time to organise one for you.

There are 3 loyalty tiers, Members, Premium Members and VIP Members.

You start earning points from your very first order, even on sale goods.

Your balance shows on this page about half way up. On any other page, click on the PERKS widget bottom right of the screen. It will open with your information.

As soon as you complete your purchase they will appear.

As long as you have entered your birth date into your account the points will be automatically credited to your account on your birthday.

Even though the system is really clever if you don’t enter your birth date it doesn’t know when it is. You can enter it via the PERKS widget on any page but this one, bottom right of your screen.

Yes, your points expire 12 months after they are earned, so make sure you redeem them and use the discount vouchers before then. We will notify you some days beforehand though.
