Shipping policy

We use NZ Post Couriers for New Zealand deliveries and DHL Express for overseas deliveries. Orders are picked and processed the same day, Monday - Friday. Physical addresses are preferable to PO Box addresses.

You will be provided with your order's track and trace information as soon as your order has been processed. Please keep an eye on your inbox and if you use Gmail, check your spam or promotions folder.

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Orders valued above your countries customs threshold may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by your countries border control at the time the order arrives in your country. We advise you to check the most current threshold with the appropriate government agency. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
