If the skirt is marked as sheer, an under slip or 'boy shorts' are all you need. Contrasting under slips look great. You will find that the sheer skirts are chiffon like, with a lightweight drape. 

They have a 10 row deep shirred waist.

The length is around 36" or 92cms from the waist down. If you are 5ft 7" or around 170 cms tall, the hemline will skim your ankle. 

There's plenty of room in the skirt itself, not as full as Marilyn Monroe wore in The Seven Year Itch but plenty of movement space available.

Made from recycled saris, no two skirts are the same.
