For Canadian orders, we use economy tracked postal services as standard. There is the option to upgrade to express courier at the checkout.

CAN: Free for orders $75 and over, $20 otherwise

Tracking will be sent directly to you so you can monitor your goodies.

International Sizing

Australia, NZ and UK sizes are exactly the same. US sizing is 4 sizes less than those countries. Please make sure you order the correct size. Here's a handy chart to check your own measurements against. Please also note most items on our site have their own measurements listed. If you measure 110 cms around the chest for example you will need a top bigger than 110 cms or it will be skin tight.

Skirt sizing

Many women are ‘in between’ sizes and ask the question, “which size should I get?” The answer really is, “it depends.” Since all our skirts are adjustable through a size range, we've kept it simple.

If you are a UK/NZ size 16, stick with the 10-16 range since there will be plenty of fabric to still give you coverage with the wrap aspect. We don’t want you flashing!

If you are a ‘large 16’, particularly around the waist, then go for the 18-22 range to safeguard against the dreaded flashing. You won’t find it too big, though there is more fabric in the skirt which is great for the cooler months particularly.

If you are a 16-18, again go with the larger size of the two collections.

Waistbands can be easily adjusted by the addition of another ‘button hole’ to thread the tie through if needed.

With the length, it depends on how tall you are as to where the skirt hem will fall to. A midi length on one woman might be full length on another. The length measurements are listed on each product so check which is best for you by measuring a skirt from your wardrobe.

Blouse and top sizing

Tunics and blouses are true to size. Purchase your usual size.

You will find the tanks are a slim fit so you may wish to move up a size if you want looser. If you are a busty size 16, go with the 18-20. You won't gape. The actual measurements are noted in each garment description. Grab your tape measure if you are unsure which size to purchase.

Batwing tops are very generous across the chest. As they sit on the waist at the front, again stick to your normal size. If you cross the size range, go bigger so the waist fits you still.

Kimono sizing

Many people wear the kimonos as a loose-fitting jacket over a simple top and pants / leggings / jeans as well as over nightwear or on the beach as a cover-up. Depending on if you intend to actually wrap and close the front or not, what size they fit. There are three sizes: UK/NZ 10-16 and 18-24 and 26-30 ish.

Palazzo pants sizing

Don't be put off by how small the waist looks - it stretches out nicely. The deep shirred elastic will hold you firm around your tum for a flattering look. They are incredibly comfortable.  Stick to your normal size but again if you cross a size range, go bigger. If you don't want a snug waist, go bigger.

We offer a store credit or exchange for any product you are not entirely happy with as long as it hasn't been worn.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable or refundable. Return postage is at your own expense, International postage is back to New Zealand. Please keep hold of your tracking details. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Store Credits

Please make sure you are logged in when you spend your store credit so as to access it at checkout. Store credits cannot be applied after the order has been placed. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Store credits are valid for 1 year.

Exchanges

Please let us know the style numbers of your exchange garments and we will put them to one side for you. Please note, there is a flat fee of $7 for domestic NZ return parcels and a $15 flat fee contribution to international parcels for exchanges.
 

Please get in touch via our contact form and quote your order number if you have it. We really would appreciate it if you returned your item in a suitable sized package and not the smallest one you can find. Please think of the person that might then purchase your return.

 

Traditionally Saris are often flamboyant and brightly coloured, frequently embroidered, and made from silk, cotton, or, in recent years, cloth such as viscose and polyester. We use retro Sari cloth in the majority of our garments so silk can be a high component. It is not uncommon to find chiffon or georgette added into the mix. We also use 'end of roll' sari fabrics.

Since we cannot trace back the origin of each Sari we upcycle and each garment is unique (preventing batch testing), it’s impossible to say for sure what the actual fabric content is.

With our pure silk range, our supplier has taken the original saris and has completed the silk burn test to confirm that they are Pure Silk. You can read more on our silk garments here.
